The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the bill on page two, section one thousand one hundred seven, line thirty-two, after the word “purchasing” by striking out the comma and the words “West Virginia Department of Administration” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “of the Purchasing Division within the Department of Administration”.
